The short version: only tank data is ever shared, never personal data. Your personal tank files stay with you. OpenDose never stores them.

What we keep when you join

Your first name and email address.
Your password, stored scrambled by our login provider. Nobody at OpenDose can see it.
That you ticked "I understand" on the safety disclaimer, and when.
Your "Share with the community" choice.
Which version of the Core you last downloaded.
Ideas you send with "Tell OpenDose".

Logging you in and sending account emails, like confirming your email or resetting your password.
Showing your member page and letting you know when there's a new Core.
Reading your ideas so we can improve OpenDose.

We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your Personal Tank File stays with you, in your own AI project, app or device. OpenDose never stores it.
Only tank data is ever shared, and only if you choose to. That means things like tank volume, dosing, test results and what worked, under an anonymous tank ID. Never your name, email or other personal details.
Community sharing isn't switched on yet. When it is, your AI will ask before each upload, and you can change your choice any time on your member page. Saying no never stops you getting Core updates.

Supabase runs our login and database. Your account details are stored on its servers in the United States.
Netlify hosts this website.
Resend sends our account emails.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the login code loads from jsDelivr. Like any website, they see your browser's address when it fetches those files.
If you join our Discord or donate through Stripe or PayPal, their own privacy policies apply there.

We only store what's needed to keep you logged in, in your own browser. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.

Contact us and we'll delete your account and everything tied to it. Ideas you sent may be kept, with your name and email removed.
